Great supplement! I’ve noticed clearer thinking and better focus since I started taking it. I also like that it supports the immune system. So far it’s been working well for me and I plan to keep using it.

Backstory: I used to take Adderall. It did wonders for me initially & in a happy, stable environment however that changed for me. Many negative things started happening in my life out of my control, I was caught in the middle. My mother was sick a lot & watching her suffer helplessly took a toll. I was scared & sad. I found that the Adderall had me hyper focusing & fixating on all the negatives, physically and mentally. I was spending too much $ on quick pick me up vices & smoking like a chimney. It certainly didn’t help the depression I was in. I was also concerned with the feeling of control it had over me & the anxiety I would experience every time I had to refill my prescription. That was addiction. I felt the addiction outweighing the usefulness and decided to stop taking it. That was in June 2019. August of the same year, on my Mother’s birthday, I decided to quit smoking. I knew this would be a tough road. I had flashbacks to young adulthood when I had no energy, when getting out of bed was so hard it felt like there was a ton of bricks on top of me. I did of course deal with Adderall withdrawal & on top of that deciding to quick smoking was incredibly hard. My energy levels started to decline and it wasn’t easy as just picking up a cup of coffee. As a person with IBS, coffee, energy drinks or ANYTHING acidic gives me indigestion even with medicine. So I avoid at all costs. I tried caffeine pills & some muscle head energy pills, alternatives to the now banned ephedra. They all made me jittery and uncomfortable. None of them helped with mental clarity & focus. I tried other herbal “helps focus & energy” capsules on Amazon which didn’t do anything either. And then one day I stumbled upon these in my search. I figured “why not”, though I went into it 100000% skeptical. Initially I wasn’t blown away. I had taken several months worth before noticing a change but I did notice. Then I started feel better & better. Everything they say they do, they do. I feel energy, naturally. I thought, is this what normal energetic people feel like? Natural energy?! Energy with no side effects, no jitters & weird feelings. No come up or come down. I have mental clarity. Im able to focus. Im able to focus on ONE project and get it done before starting something else. That’s a big deal for me. As an artist who has a tendency to work on piles of projects and easily get overwhelmed from it, mental focus is extremely important to me. And If I don’t take it for a few days I notice a difference. I get tired & useless again which is my natural state. I also haven’t noticed and tolerance level build up. I’ve been consistently taking the prescribed 3 pills in the morning after breakfast for over a year and they work as they should. So I endorse them. I’ve been taking them for 13 months now and I’m so glad I tried them. Totally a lifesaver.

I dont really know if the supplement has any kind of impact. But I know that I have mushrooms and multiple supplements that I take. Mushrooms are known to help combat cancer and have lots of other benefits. I try to eat them and take them as much as possible. And this is just one way to do so. The supplement is very low cost as well and seems like it's good quality. So I'll continue taking it.

I get this delivered every couple of months as it has an undeniable calming effect. I have recommended them to 2 friends who both agree they work. My children also take them during high stress periods like exams and when they are feeling down and notably feel calmer. Very effective. Best taken for a week or more to really start to notice a difference but can have almost immediate effect also. I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night during stressful periods for best effect. I feel they are good value for money. For me this is a must have in the cabinet. They are in a capsule and I do not notice an after taste.
