Fit my 06 w4500 with a small adjustment to the plug, had to remove an interior fin with a pocket knife. Now my truck runs perfectly with no engine light even with the aftermarket 3in duel exhaust.

Fit my 07 1500 van. Driver's side only. Different plug for right side. This is for bank one. Good quality.

Was delayed putting these in. Installed one day past return date, and did drive cycle. Threw 053, 054, 059, and 060 codes immediately. Don't waste your time. General Motors GM Genuine Parts 213-3867 Heated Oxygen Sensor is the one you want. Pricey? Yup, but gave ready light after 1 drive cycle. Your choice, take a chance these will work, or just get the correct ones. BTW, if someone thinks i am an "ACDelco only" guy, that could not be further from the truth. I bought Nilight Catalytic Converter (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BGR9BPSP?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1) for the same vehicle, "used, like new" and they work fine

purchased 4,installed in '04 Chevy Silverado 4.8L and only 3 were good. Replaced bad one with old one and all is fine with engine light. Am in return process with bad one and am sure all will go smooth, always has. All and all I would purchase again.
