All broken from first use, very bad quality

Not sure whether or is original or not (to me it seems like original) , but the quality is good and handles are very useful

I find some missing part of my order there is one handle is not delivered with the shipment , And supposed to be 2 handles but I have only 1

The red band snapped while working out, and hurt my hand. It broke to 3, due to poor build quality

Resistance and Exercise: The bands are super thick and made of a high quality material that does not fray or bruise your hands easily. They can stretch for about a foot, and after that their full resistance kicks in and that's where the workout starts. They are about 38 inches in length (folded) so if you are short or your hands are long, you will have to fold up the ends of the band in your hand in order to get the right length and resistance. WHEN YOU DO THIS, WEAR GLOVES OR YOUR HANDS WILL BRUISE LIKE NO TOMORROW. When doing an exercise like bicep curls, you will need to fold part of the band over under your feet (think of it like doubling a rubber band) so you can get the right length (otherwise no resistance). It will take a bit of trial and error but once you figure it out, it will become second nature. The Set: There is a set of 5 bands of different resistance, it comes with a decent carrying case, a door anchor and handles which are slightly offset so you can comfortably grip them when doing arm training. The anchor and handles are made of a woven material which is very strong and I did not worry they were going to snap or give out on me. Smell: It is well known that elastic bands usually have a strong smell of rubber and that smell of rubber gets onto your hands after handling it. I am pleased to mention that there is no smell from these bands where I didn't smell anything as soon as I opened the package and even after sweaty usage, the smell of rubber did not transfer to my hands. This in my opinion is what separates a cheap set from this more expensive set and nothing is more annoying than having to smell rubber chemicals while working out. Usage Tips: The manual kinda sucks, it shows diagrams but it isn't that helpful, and the descriptions are hard to follow. Fortunately it is easy enough to figure out how to use it and there are plenty of resistance bands videos online. ALWAYS WEAR SHOES AND WORKOUT GLOVES - I cannot stress this enough, as you grip tightly on these bands, the nature of elastic is that they will pull at your skin, you'll have nasty bruises after a tough workout. Also, when using the over the door anchor, make sure you PULL the door closed so the door is resting against the whole frame, if you do it the other way where the door isn't resting against the frame, you're gonna mess up your door. Summary: High quality resistance bands which are suitable for many body sizes, many different kinds of exercises available, very little chemical smell, but do your homework online before starting to work out with these to maximize the effectiveness of the set.

I've been weight lifting for about 5 years total, have spent some serious time in the gym and like to get a bit creative with the exercises at this point to keep the body guessing. I haven't incorporated bands very much in the past for some unknown reason, maybe my pride and love of the dumbbells. However, I've definitely hit a plateau and I started to get a bit desperate. Watching some others in the gym, I started to get curious about increasing tension by combining bands with dumbbells / barbells - so, I set off to grab some. My feedback? These things are AWESOME. Let's get into it. First and foremost, these are made well. They do not fatigue as you're using them. The different sizes are logical, I don't really pay attention to the weight printed on the side of the bands but more the feel of it. Colors are great... even the rubber bands they came with matched the bands. Kind of cool. Anyway. I started using them in conjunction with dumbbells by wrapping the lighter ones around the bench and attaching them to the handle of the dumbbells. Amazing. The resistance increases at the top of the movement and helps keep a lot more tension on the muscle. I love it. I went on to start using these on the pull-up bar. I loop them around the top and can stand on the band and use it to assist me in wide-grip pullups. My lats are on fire afterwards as you can pre-fatigue the muscle then finish it off with 15+ pullups by using the bands for assistance. Finally, I've been using it for abs by wrapping around the pull-up bar, grabbing the band, and doing crunches facing the bar. Abdominal annihilations. So great. I'll have these permanently in my gym bag from here forward. I love them. Highly recommend.
