OBSERVATION: I wanted to take a multivitamin that covers most of the vitamins that I need. I decided to purchase the 30-day tablets, but I will be telling you why I am now purchasing the 60-day tablets! PROS: - The pill is a bit large, but it's not difficult for me to swallow (plus you only have to take 1 pill per day!) - There isn't a high amount of iron in this vitamin if you're worried about high iron levels, and the pill is organic. - I was not using this multivitamin for hair growth, but I take pictures of my 4c hair each year, and I see a MAJOR difference in hair density (not thickness). - I did not experience any symptoms while taking this vitamin for the full 30 days. CONS: - I do not have any cons on this product. In fact, I have ordered a 60-day subscription so I can continue using this!

It is a very good vitamin supplement I have already tried it it has helped me feel energetic and above all I like that they are organic.

Superb multivitamin - has everything from B complex, ADEK, as well as iron that a lot of women need. My hair has been growing so well and is the best value for what it offers.
