Very brittle casing and you want to be careful with the unit if you drop it you could easily break it. I had one of these previously and randomly died. Noticed some battery acid and it as well and was from leaking battery. Decided to take battery out in between uses on this new one just in case and have had no issues.

Don't do it. I had high hopes for an easy to use tens unit, just something I could move along mine or my husband's tense or tired muscles. Somehow this whole plastic unit is a conductor. I can't use it on myself, the shock is felt more in the hand holding the pen more than where the tip is focused. When using it on my husband on the highest setting he can barely feel it, unless I'm touching him with my other hand, then I can shock him pretty good. It's decent in theory but the unit doesn't work as advertised. Going the cheap route isn't it for this.

This is absolutely hands down the best pain relief I’ve found for my hands and neck. I was very spectacle when my husband wanted to order this. I agreed to try it. I use it twice a day and noticed a big difference almost immediately.

This tool puts out a mild electrical charge that targets pressure points on the body. I bought a chart and book to go along with it that I bought separately. I have always been intrigued with this type of holistic remedy and look forward to learning more about it.

Not a good unit to get. I got it to use on my neck. I felt way more effect in the hand I was holding it with than I get on my neck. At level 5 it was so uncomfortable to hold, border line painful in my hand. I just shut it off and through it in the trash. My hand was still uncomfortable for about an hour after. I would give it no star but lowest they let is 1.

This is not working. I followed instructions and all but still not working. Device is made of very cheap plastic, unfortunately I couldn’t tell you how it works because I was not able to even get it turned on. Perhaps I’m doing something wrong. The instructions are pretty vague.

The pan is nice fairly easy to use it could be a little more intensified but it does work not as well as I hoped though due to the fact that it's not as intense as I would like
