I’ve been using the silica supplement product for 3 months and have significantly noticed new hair growth! I used to powder over the part in my hair due to thinning. It’s no longer necessary, my part is fully grown over. While researching some expensive hair recovery products I noticed this ingredient so I found this reasonably priced supplement with horsetail and silica. It works and is cheap!!! You will need to take a B complex with this type of ingredient.

Seems to be working to thicken my hair. Large tablets but ok to swallow.

So far, I am very happy to say, my hair is not pooling in the drain catch of my shower like it was. Much less hair falling out. I also take biotin amd zinc with it. I have issues with my thyroid and rhuematoid arthitis drugs. Hair loss is a side effect. I also take prescriptin Folic acid along with my RA meds. I highly recommend giving this product a try! Seems to be really helping.

I have been taking these for several years, but just started buying them from Amazon. I have arthritis in my left thumb and right hand middle finger knuckle and this stuff works better than any glucosamine chondroitin and a fraction of the cost. It doesn't 100% get rid of the pain, but 90 to 95% of the pain is gone. If you are a first time user of this product, you have to give it time for the product to build in your system. It doesn't work in just a few days. Take 1 pill every day, I guess you could take 1 twice a day, but taking more than that will not make it build in your system any faster. Give the product at least 30 days to really take affect. You will start to notice, wow it doesn't hurt anymore. This is a product you have to stay on and it's not habit forming. If you stop taking it, give it about a week and you will notice that the pain is back. This is not a cure all product, but its a lot better than taking chemical drugs from the Dr. There are NO side affects to this. I have known several people who have taken this and no side affects and it doesn't mess with other RX meds.

I was searching Bartholin's Cyst treatments online when I came across the Silica Complex where a reviewer said it cleared their cyst and I knew I was placing an order that day. I've been taking 3 tablets a day for 2 weeks now and my cyst is GONE! I didn't have a large one, matter of fact my doctor said it was very small. I am hoping by continuing to take the Silica Complex the cyst won't come back. Another positive is my skin looks incredible! I didn't get any pimples during my menstrual cycle, however now that it is a few days before my next cycle I do have an outbreak of my Rosacea. I get the itchy bumps filled with clear fluid. I was hoping the Silica Complex would take care of that too, but no such luck. It didn't make it any worse though. It hasn't been long enough to rate it on my hair and nails. I do lose hair during washings and have found some on my pillows, so I am curious to see if this will help with that. My nails are normal, but I do get hangnails a lot. One thing I have noticed after taking 3 of these a day is that I urinate a lot more than before. I guess they have a diuretic property to them. No big deal, just make sure you drink a lot of fluids... and be prepared to get up at night to use the bathroom. At least that is how it is for me. I am hoping to come back and update my review after a few months of taking the Silica Complex.

this is a very long review but I hope my review helps someone who is dealing with this awful, painful, not researched enough issue. I got my first bartholins cyst two months ago and had no idea what it was, but over the course of 4 days of excruciating pain (got worse by the day)I had no choice but to go see my OBGYN because I had no idea what was happening and could not walk the pain was so bad. From there I was informed what I was dealing with and had never hear of it before. The doctor gave me antibiotics and drained it, which was the most painful experience ever. I felt instant relief, but never wanted to deal with this issue again so I tried to do as much research as possible to avoid it. I kept taking sitz baths with Epsom salt and began using all natural soaps and vulva balms (purchased from Etsy from skinfoodfix) which have been great at balancing my PH levels for the most part. I also started taking a womens probiotic called vh essentials. Fast forward to two months later I felt a bump on the opposite side from last time and panicked. over the course of three days it went from a tiny bump to about the size of a pea. I increased the amount of sitz baths I took and purchased the Epsom salt with coconut oil and started using the prid everyone recommends for these awful cyst. I think doing all of this definitely kept the cyst from getting infected this time, but unfortunately It did not make it go away. FINALLY I decided to purchase this supplement after reading the reviews and abut 3 days in (taking 3 a day) I noticed I was getting smaller. then my cycle started and all I know is by the time was cycle was gone well so was the cyst. I'm not sure if it drained because like I said I was on my cycle, but I do no once my cycle left the cyst was completely gone. This stuff worked when nothing else did! I was hoping I never experienced this after the first one , but unfortunately I did. I am not sure if it has to do with me picking up cycling (worst decision ever after getting a cyst since I think sweat and friction is definitely the cause) but I am so glad this product worked for me. I will continue my every other day sitz baths and natural soaps and maybe take one or two of this supplement a day for maintenance. I'm terrified my body will get use to this product and not work eventually. I also saw another product called serraptase that's good to take in combination with this one but I'm terrified to take it after reading some peoples affects of it with blood pressure. All in all I'm so glad I found this product! it works, just give it a few days and also take a multivitamin to make sure you are getting enough thymine ( I read it affects it). sorry this review was so long I just hate their isn't much information out there on this painful awful thing but I pray this helps somebody out there. buy this!
