Not lovely, but cheap...when you need to leave reading glasses everywhere!

The arm of the glasses I was using broke with no clear way to repair. Whilst they hung on with one arm, reaching down for something they would fall off. Needed to get something that I could use for work (at a screen 5 days a week). As my prescription was simple - both eyes the same, it was easy to get some replacement pairs. After a quick scan through some results and the reviews I ordered these. Delivery was quick. The glasses themselves feel lightweight yet sturdy, and are comfortable to wear. I managed to repair the originals with some glue but who knows how long that will last. These are at least as good as the ones I got from the opticians but paid a lot lot more for. They are that comfortable and my vision is good with them that I use them when at the office so am not relying on a single pair any more. Lesson learned now, with a prescription following an eye test I'm likely to use something like this than spending a silly amount on designer frames that are functionally no different from these. If my eyesight gets any worse over time (probably will do as I get older) I'll be back for different strength glasses but these are great for now!

After catarat ops that gave me distance vision, needed glasses to read cooking instructions, view my laptop etc. Bought 3 different strengths and found one for laptop and another good for Iphone. Now have prescrition reading glasses that cover both laptop and Iphone use.

I have no idea how they manage to be so good and yet such a good price. I've tried other brands on occasion but never seen as good quality especially for the price I find them very comfortable (the springs do a good job with my fair sized head) and I love the colours especially the red ones just because the bring some extra interest. Over the last few years my eye sight has changed a lot and I've had quite a number of pairs of these and I've certainly abused them - but I think I've only had a couple of problems, one where the frame around the spring went and another where a lens dropped out. On balance considering my complete lack of care when using them, and the price, this is indeed excellent performance.

Told by a large high Street chain that I needed reading glasses. Didn't want to pay high Street prices. These are my first reading glasses. They feel a bit flimsy but they fit well and work as intended. Nice to get two different colours and nobody laughs at me when I put them on!

Low cost , looks expansive!

Avevo già acquistato questo modello in passato e mi sono trovato molto bene. Sono larghi e comodi, perfetti per chi, come me, passa molto tempo al PC. Inoltre, non creano troppi riflessi, il che li rende ideali per una lettura prolungata senza affaticare gli occhi. La qualità della plastica è discreta: nel complesso resistente, ma con il tempo la parte della stecca che funge da battuta alla molla tende a cedere un po'. Tuttavia, con un po’ di attenzione nella manutenzione, la durata migliora, rendendo il prezzo assolutamente giustificato. In definitiva, un buon acquisto che consiglio! ✅

They have a good fit (on me at least). I'm just using them as reading glasses at home, so I don't have high requirements for looks, but I still think they look nice. Works just as well as the ones a paid 5x the amount for at the local optician, so I'm very happy with the purchase, and will buy more when needed. I don't have any real opinion on the longevity (scratch resistance etc), since I haven't had them for long, but so far so good.
