I’ve been taking the Inner Glow Hair and Nails and Inner Glow Age Defense vitamins for over a year and have seen a visible difference in my skin and energy levels. Love that this was developed by a dermatologist who knows her skincare ingredients. One of a few products that has polypodium leucotomos. Which increases your resistance to burning from UVB exposure. I take this before I go out in the sun all day in addition to wearing SPF. Love it !
