I purchased the "40mm | 5 Meters" option this elastic is woven and thick in width, and not actual thickness. This elastic has a maximum stretch of 80% if you're interested, here's my calculation of a 5inch test strip: stretched measurement (9in) - starting measurement (5in) = x (4) x / starting measurement (5in) = y (0.8) y x 100 = stretch % (80% stretch)
