EXCELLENT PRODUCT !!I don't know why I didn't know about such thing at the starting of Lockdown periodThe thing is in all these 4-5 months I kneaded the dough 2 times and it took me 40 min. To do so ( as I am a student living away from my home in my college town , and didn't go back home in lockdown ) but now it's so much easy - it takes only 5 min. to knead the dough using this product which is almost as perfect as our mother will do..!!Just Go for it even if you know how to knead still , follow the below points for doughmaker functionPros:1. So fast - max 7 min. to knead the dough2. It looks small but it isn't , good capacity3. Dedicated measuring cups are provided for atta , water and ghee4. Material used is Good quality , it's not cheap5. Very easy to use and seamless working6. Everything is inside one container , nothing gets dirty neither your hands nor the shelf of kitchen.7. So much good for such a less priceCons:1. It's made of plastic ( though very good quality ) but that makes it light and when using it you have to hold the container with one hand2. I have heard and seen the reviews that chopper is not good , but honestly I didn't even buy for other two functions , I just bought it for Dough Kneading and that is Perfect , no doubts 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The media could not be loaded. The product works as promised. It makes an atta ball in 10-15 minutes of operation.Add atta, water and ghee. Rotate for 10-15 min. And we're good to go.Size is adequate for a 3-4 member family. and convenient size.Looks good quality plastic.Easy to operate.Value for money at below 400 Rs.But some issues:. 1. Its too light-weight to handle the force while rotating the handle. 2. Could have been more stable and sturdier. The problem is its top cover design. The plastic top-cover makes it flimsy. There should have been a better lock mechanism for the top cover. Now it's very difficult to hold things together while rotating. 3. This is 100% plastic. The same in a steel build would do awesome.4. Chopping is not very good.

You can't even use the dough maker to it's capacity which is already very little.It can just knead about only one fistful worth of dough at once, that too not properly.We used to take it apart and keep it in it's box after use, and that became too frustating after just 2 uses.You struggle 10 mins to put it together, use it for 5 mins, give up on it, because it is so flimsy that you will probably break the handle if you turn it after the blades(?) get stuck in the half-done dough. Then take the half-done dough spend time kneading it. Then you come back to the Dough maker which is a nightmare to clean.All in all, did not work for me, absolutely not recommending it.

Product is good but base is so big that doesn’t work for small quantity dough. Not advisable for single person

Product is easy to use. Time saver (within 5 to 7 minutes) you can make nice Poori and Chapati dough. Best proportion is 2:1:1 of atta, water and oil. It means 2 cups of atta, 1 cup of water and 1 cup of oil. This is how I got perfect dough: I decided to test the product with two cups of atta flour. Product comes with a flour cup, a water cup and an oil spoon for measurement. Initially I put one cup of atta flour, and spoonful of oil and salt to taste. Rotate clockwise 5 times and anticlockwise 3 times to mix well. Repeat the cycle 3 times by adding half cup of water little by little in between each cycle. Now add another cup of atta, add remaining half cup of water little by little and repeat the cycle 3 times. Your nice dough is Ready!

It is just useless. By hands you will form dough earlier than by using this product. And if you are using this product then at the end point you must use your hands so that you can give it a final touch

It's easy to use and especially for bachelors. This also can be preferable in the winter season for ladies to keep themselves safe from cold. Product is tough and functions well. It fits easily on your shelf and and looks perfect.

Difficult to knead, takes lots of effort - more than hand kneading. The position of handle for rotating is not idle.Edit: After watching how to use in Youtube, it seems it does the job nicely. Method for making perfect dough in the bowl for Electrical Roti Makers:1. First insert the blade in the bowl2. Pour in 2 cups of atta (larger included cup) + oil (small measuring cup included) + salt to taste3. Cover the bowl and fix the rotatable handle. Wear a glove if required, the underneath of the rotatable handle tend to touch your finger while rotating, especially if you have bigger fingers. For, the cooking hot glove did the job.4. Now rotate for few seconds (15-20s) combining clockwise and counter-clockwise movement without pouring in water.5. Take 1st cup of water in the included small measuring cup, pour a portion of it and rotate for few seconds. I pour it in 3 parts and rotating for few seconds on each pour. Remember to rotate clockwise and counter-clockwise.6. Take 2nd cup of water in the smaller cup and do as in step 5. When the last portion of water is poured , dough will begin to be formed and rotating becomes little harder. Here too rotate clockwise and counter-clockwise.7. Take the dough out, knead it by hand for 2 to 3 min more to make it smooth.8. Keep the dough in airtight container for minimum of 15 minutes and it will be ready for Roti to be cooked in Electrical Roti make.The above steps were perfect for me. I wish the rotating handle should have been few inches higher. Bottom line, this manual atta dough maker works if used correctly, it keeps your hand clean and for the price no complains.
