SPOTLIGHTS CYC-HS140012V Spotlight, Black

These are replacements for the Goodsmann lights I purchased and returned for being defective. First, these were much cheaper and supposedly less powerful, but I was surprised at the size and solid feeling of these lights. The previous purchase was to replace very old Coleman lights, which have broken over time and use. These lights performed perfectly during the spotlight count we performed over 2 hours. The plugs got warm, but nothing like the Goodsmann units that were sent back, when that plug melted. These cast a bright light for hundreds of yards, allowing us to see the animals clearly and get positive identifications on most. While it would have been nice to have storage bags for the lights, I am much happier with the performance of these lights. I definitely recommend.

This is a great value for the money. It is rugged and the bulbs are easily replaced when necessary. Although corded, they they provide more light than any battery operated light that I have used. Very easy on off, and the clip is very handy to hang the light when desired.

Powerful, not too heavy, so far unaffected working in the rain and spray from boat wake on windy days. The cord works for my setup but be aware it isn't very long. Happy with my purchase.

Not as bright as the led rechargeable ones!! But its great for emergency backup on my boat. Would still recommend getting one

I purchased this as an emergency light after I got caught broken down on the road without any light other than my cell phone. I finally decided to open it up to see how it worked thinking I had another week on the return date. It is big, very bulky, not very bright and currently unreturnable because the date went out yesterday. I was hoping to talk to the merchant and explain that I just opened it up and the light switch didn't work and the light was on all the time when it was plugged in but that's not available to me so they get a bad review currently I would not recommend this to anybody not even for a electronic or electrical project.

Spotlight works great for spot lighting deer and shines a pretty good distance. Not the brightest spotlight I have had but is a great value for what you get for the price.

Somewhat bulky and switch a little hard to use. Good light, but I no longer had any need for it.

One light not working out of 2 received. Please replace one.

This is a super bright search light. I love it. I'm on my local search and rescue team and we use this light non stop. It's helped us locate several items that helped lead us to finding the kissing person or evidence. I would highly recommend this light to anyone needing a large spot light. The only downside is that when using it in the cabin if your vehicle it does bounce a lot of light back at you. I expected that when I purchased but some may not.
