Quicksilver is a hero that can attack twice, cards can be strong if you are building a custom deck for him.

Quicksilver is supposed to be fast and his deck does exactly that. You will Ready Up like a reflex playing him and when you get a set up that gives you a real burst of activity you'll see real results against any Villain. Just try not to get hit... you WILL feel it. Which is ironic given that his deck comes with it's own Protection suit. And it still works: he really would do anything for his sister. Beware his Nemesis. He can be complicated... Good replayability and will be a challenge to customise to another suit; I heartily recommend an Aggression deck - that can be thrilling if you can some traction.
