Wyrd Darkness Comes Rattling

Fun game, but definitely takes some house rules if you plan on playing with 4-5 players. The difficulty scales based on how many people are playing and nothing in the game counteracts the increased difficulty. It gets to a point where it's pretty much impossible to win at 5 players, with no decision making or skill to prevent it. The board game brawl video review describes the cons more in depth, but end game with high player count seems to be the main issue. I'd rate it 7.5/10

Fantastic game. A lot of fun and enjoyable. Scaling has some issues, imho. With 2-4 players the game is doable, fun, and just difficult enough to be one you have to fight to win instead of a sure thing. At 5 or above, the sun moves fast enough along the track that it becomes extremely difficult to win. Great experience though and loads of fun. One of the better board games i've played, and the visual style is eyecatching and beautiful. Get a lot of comments at game nights and game stores when people walk by and see it.

Very difficult game, but a lot fun to play with the right group of people. One of the most challenging coop games I've played. The theme for this is very unique and the artwork is awesome.

Not everyone's idea of a good game as it is so hard to win but for people who relish the challenge of beating the odds then this is the game. Great production, colourful, and a great background storyline make it a fun game to play and one day victory will be well appreciated! I give it 9/10!
