I like the flavor. I also think it is accurately described as Cola Lemon. To each their own. I think this is a great product and use it as a pick me up when I'm on the go. I think it is very convenient and easier then buying a fancy coffee or scrambling for a soda.

Even after 30 minutes it wouldn't disolve on my tongue at all and then I noticed a sticker on the package. The "best by" date is this month (9/2024) but it was covered with a sticker that says it's in 2 years (1/2026). Ended up swallowing it with water. Felt absolutely nothing.

I was a little confused as to the dosage on these strips, but I believe they are 100mg per strip. They are like a very dry little fruit roll-up. There is minimal flavor, just enough to (kind of) compete with the bitter taste of the caffeine. Honestly, caffeine is a bitter substance, and the whole idea behind these is to avoid all the ingredients that cover up the bitterness in products like energy drinks. You can get past it pretty quickly BUT don't let it get stuck to the roof of your mouth, will take longer to dissolve, taste more bitter and yeah. I felt the caffeine right away after taking a strip. Minus a star for the confusing listing info about mg of caffeine. Other than that, a very useful and convenient product. I will try other flavors!

These dissolvable caffeine strips are advertised as a way to get your daily dose of the world’s favorite stimulant and hallucinogen by absorbing through the oral mucosa for a faster effect. I got these to see if it could help bypass my stomach bc of my acid reflux/gastritis. They work pretty well. The 100mg hits like an extra strong cup of coffee (which averages 80 mg caffeine) on an empty stomach. I wouldn’t bother with the 40 mg version unless you’re very sensitive or caffeine naive. I’ve noticed it’s a little less likely to induce a bowel movement, which is a plus or minus depending. If you swallow a strip, the effects feel the same as any other source of ingested caffeine. My main gripe is that the strips which are supposed to taste like “lemon cola” taste AWFUL. Imagine that someone spilled Coke on some asphalt on a hot summer day everyday for a week, and at the end you had to lick it clean. That what it tastes like. The strips also stay in your mouth for several minutes while it dissolves (depending on how much licking you do). The more times you try it, the more you get used to it, though. Your mileage may vary. Overall, at $1 per serving, still a decent caffeine option, but not my first pick. 3/5 stars.

I ordered the extra strength 100mg strips. The first time I tried it I just took half a strip. I could definitely feel it, but it wasn’t overwhelming. It certainly was more of a pick me up than my cup of coffee. I took an entire strip the next time and I feel like it may have been a bit much for me. It did get me a little jittery with a bit of a crash later on. The taste isn’t all that great, but it was bearable. However, I let a friend try it and he thought it was horrific, having to wash out his mouth. I guess it depends on how responsive your taste buds are to bitter things. If you love dark chocolate this probably won’t be terrible for you. I really like how they came in little packages that are individually wrapped. All in all I think it’s a nice product that I’ll use (half) of when I need a little pick me up.

SO MY STRIPS SAY 100 MG PER STRIP PAMPHLET INSIDE AS WELL AS 1 SLIDE ON SITE TALK ABOUT TAKING SEVERAL.. ..NOW, WHILE THEY DO SAY DON'T EXCEED 200 MG, THE PAMPHLET MUST BE REFERENCING A REG STRENGTH VERSION THATS 40 MG!, SAYING A WHOLE PACK EQUALLS 200, WHEREAS IF MINE ARE AS STATED 100 PER STRIP, THAT WOULD BE 500 MG!!!!! C'MON GUYS??!!?? YOU TOOK A GREAT PRODUCT BUT OVERLOOKED THAT??? ANYWAY.. IT DOESNT HAVE A FANTASTIC TASTE, THE BITTERNESS OF THE CAFFEINE IS THERE AT THE END.. DON'T CHEW OR ITS REALLY BAD, BUT I CAN OVERLOOK THAT BC ITS SO DARN HANDY.. AND YOU CAN TEAR THEM INTO SMALLER PIECES.. ... THEY ARE LIKE MORE BRITTLE SKINNY FRUIT ROLL UP TEXTURE.. PRICEY, BUT HANDY ENOUGH ITS WORTH IT TO ME.. USEFUL FOR MIGRAINE TOO WHEN YOU CANT BRING YOURSELF TO SWALLOW PILLS OR DRINK COFFEE.. FIX YOUR STUFF AND ILL UPGRADE..
