These are the best! I started noticing some hair thinning so I searched for the safe dosage you can take daily. I have been taking these for several months and my hair is back to normal and it’s growing like a weed. My nail are growing very nicely, as well. Best biotin ever. I have had Horrible, HORRIBLE acne, thin hair, and brittle nails, most of my life. I still struggle with it to this day, being almost 30. I live quite the healthy, active lifestyle, with no medical anemias, yet still sometimes have the pizza face of a 15 yr old. This has helped change everything. Ever since I started taking 1 capsule before bed every night, with a 5oz full glass of filtered water, my overall physical appearance has become so much healthier, even my parents have noticed. Its taken months, but is so worth the time and wait. My skintone is a bit more even [I'm 75% irish, and usually very pink/red], my hair has become slightly fuller as it grows in, eyelashes have become thicker, "chicken skin" as i like to call it on the back of my arms, is smoother, and I get less noticeable pimples. They are shallow, and disapper in a day or 3. A miracle compared to the unnecessarily deep, migrane-inducing pain of a pimple, leaving scarring, and a months worth of healing, even when untouched. This dosage may be a bit much for those with already beautiful complexions/ no known skin problems, but, if you suffer from severe genetic acne/ partially oily/partially severe dry skin, exema, or severe scalp damage (hair follicle damage, over-bleaching, injury-induced hair loss such as myself) This will absoutley do the trick, if you keep up with it. If you notice an excess of oils building up on your face/body due to cooking with oils/ overly hot showers/ excessive heat exposure, just skip a day, since your body at that point has already produced enough oils to nourish your skin, and hair. Too much of a good thing can turn sour quite quickly, so just be patient, and this product really pays off :]

This is a brand I had used in the past and for me it is effective and see positive results. I am overall a healthy person but it helps maintain my 24+in hair and it helps to keep the hair follicles stronger and less fall out. My recommended plan to take the 10,000 mg Biotin about every other day preferably after a meal. Though I am not a pill person, but this is smooth enough to swallow with ease.

After taking for about a Year starting to work. My nails are still thin. But are a little stronger. My Toe Nail’s Grow Fast!

It is quite rare to take a supplement and actually see results ! The 5000 mcg are enough , i noticed no difference between 5000 mcg and 10000 mcg but everyone is different. My partner has never had good nails even as a teenager and the difference after 3-4 weeks for her was amazing. Growing nails ,longer stronger ,healthier. I can say for myself my hair grows a bit quicker and well my fingernails I don’t care to take that much notice but my toe nails grow annoying quicker. Definitely worth a course .
