Cod liver oil is supposed to be helpful for brain health and find that it is so for me. My mind is more clear and I remember things better and faster than before taking it. It also contains Vitamin D3, which is important for bone health. There is no fishy taste, they are easy to swallow, and a quality brand, as well as affordable.

I love these supplements. They make me glow so much since I've been taking them. They also help with bathroom breaks. 😉 They are very affordable as well.

I am pleased to say that the reviews were correct these have no fish burps I tried them both ways on empty stomach or on stomach with food like suggested either way they are not haunting me at all

So far so good! Pills were easy to swallow, have eased my joint pain and have no taste. I store mine in fridge. Looking forward to seeing more benefits of supplement after taking for a longer period of time.

I have no idea how to assess the quality of this, but it seems to work well.

I chose this brand because the capsule is a reasonable size and I don’t need to take multiples of them, plus it’s affordable. There is no fishy burps or after taste, doesn’t upset my stomach. I’m excited to see the benefits of taking this supplement!

I get relief from my bilateral knees discomfots.Tried Vit D tablets and multivitamin suppliments ,all those was in vein.This tablet works fine for me.

So for I tried so many brand of cod liver oil but it's seems to best for me specially for dry eyes and joints pain it's valuable
