Great light! It is beautiful and ads a modern flair without being clinical, considering that it is a SAD lamp. Overall, the look is modern while most of those tablets look like something in a doctor's office. Its construction is sturdy but it can be hard to adjust, so ease of use is not the best. The plastic hinges are quite tight so some tight of lubricant in the joints may be necessary. The brightness is really high at maximum but this model is adjustable with the plus and minus buttons. I appreciate the touch capacitive controls but I often accidentally turn the light on from touch which is annoying. The wireless charger is really slow so not a great selling point but it gets the job done, usually bringing me from 15 to 75 percent in about 7-8 hours, the USB charging speed is about the same. While it has its negatives, it looks great and provides a lot of functionality which is why I feel like it deserves a five star instead of a four, most others fail because of poor design which looks more like clinical equipment than furniture, this looks like proper furniture.

I purchased two of these lamps. When is at work and the other is at home. I use them both on a daily basis. Whether it's to help illuminate my desk at work or reading or needlepointing at home. I can't speak as to whether it helps with moods or not. Because I primarily just use it to light up a space. I've had lamps like this before. And I didn't notice a difference. But maybe the difference was so subtle that they're actually was some benefit to it. Either way it's really easy to use and I love the touchlight. There is a wireless charger. But I find that it only works on my phone if I take off the cover. It's a pretty nice size, but it bends so it can fit pretty much anywhere..

I love my “happy light!” It has a very sturdy base and is easy to adjust. I have owned other “happy lights” but they didn’t work as well. The new studies show that it’s better to have the light shining from above you, like the sun. This one does that! It’s very modern looking! You can also use it as a lamp. I like that it doesn’t get hot like my last 2 lights and that it has LED lights in it so you will never have to order replacement bulbs! My favorite thing about it is that it really works! I have more energy, I’m not depressed like I usually am through Michigan winters and I no longer have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the USB outlet in the back doesn’t work to charge my phone and my phone isn’t new enough to be able to use the Qi charger. I love it too much to send it back just because it can’t charge my phone. A tip that I learned that I would like to share with you is that if you wear glasses that have a sun filtering lens coating, don’t wear your glasses while using it. Since this device mimics sunlight, you won’t be getting the benefit. I just use my reading glasses with no sun filter while I’m reading, on my computer or phone while I sit under it.

This is the 2nd sun lamp that I've purchased. The 1st one was a $45 lamp, on sale for $37. I originally ordered this one for my son's room, but I like it so much better than the more expensive one I'd already purchased... I'm trading him and keeping this one for my desk. If you work from home and are looking for a sun lamp - I recommend this one!! The quality is fantastic for the price, it doesn't feel or look cheap at all. I love that the light fixture is large, is very bright, and you can move/rotate the light fixture. You do have the option of diming it if needed.

The light stopped working after 5 weeks. The charging pad still works, but that is not why I bought it.

I like this so much I bought two! One for work and one for home. I rarely use the wireless charging function for my phone but it's a nice feature to have. My draw for this particular one was the height of it while still being a desktop lamp. I place it directly behind my laptop camera and it is tall enough that the lamp light is able to tilt down at me, as opposed to shining directly forward. I'm not sure if the therapy part is doing it's job, but it does brighten up my workspace.

True can’t use it with a timer, kind of hoped I would find a way. If they make one we could set for a wake-up light I’d get it in a heartbeat. I haven’t been consistent using this, but when I was feeling “sad” symptoms during Christmas season, I remembered this lamp is supposed to help & used it daily for few weeks, did seem to help. And useful for tasks when need great light!

I am extremely happy with this lamp. The base is small enough that it doesn't take up a lot of room on my desk, but is still nice and sturdy. I like that I can adjust the height and angle of the lamp as needed. Before I purchased the lamp, I was concerned that brightness might be an issue, however, I have found it to be quite comfortable at the therapeutic level of brightness. Because the brightness can be adjusted, it also works great as a regular desk lamp when not being used as a therapy lamp. The phone charger and USB port are also nice options. The only thing that would make this unit better would be if it had a timer built in, but I use my phone for that, so it's not an issue for me. I would definitely recommend this lamp.

Édit: Après 2 semaine d’usage, la lampe ne fonctionne plus. Très déçu. Nous l’utilisons à tour de rôle depuis 2 semaines à la puissance maximale pendant 1 heure. Nous avons noté un changement positif d’humeur. Le chargeur de téléphone fonctionne aussi avec les AirPods. Il faut cependant jouer avec l’emplacement pour trouver l’endroit qui charge. Ce n’est pas l’emplacement décrit sur la lampe.

I tried to give this brand/lamp the benefit of the doubt due to its nice unique design. The first one stopped working after a few weeks, and after returning that one, the second replacement died after only a few days. These are very basic electrical connections that should not fail. Complete garbage quality of build, showing a lack of respect for customers particularly on a health-oriented device. Also had no response from the company’s support email. Will have to return again.
