I bought this in both the black background and the smoky blue background. I could not recommend these colors more - not sure I like the other colors but you might. I normally wear between a 1x to 2x and I’m 5’9”. I have sleeveless maxi length dresses but I never wear them because I feel too body-conscious in them with my bare arms and my booty. But this overpiece goes 100% perfectly with both. The sleeves on this drape to just above my elbow. You can leave it open and it falls beautifully in the back. It’s not tight at all. It runs a bit long in the back but I love that. Or you can tie it together at the bottom of the front panels and it’ll wear just like a crop jacket. The smoky blue one looks great with any shade of navy pants or jeans. For me, I think the length of this item works best on me with a cropped style jean or pant along with a simple ivory tank underneath and some sandals or strappy heels. Grab some big gold hoops or silver hoops and you’ll be all set and will look beautiful. I had purchased the olive background one as well, but found that that was not nearly as nice on me as the smoky blue and the black. They come in several different background colors. I will say the flowers on the black one are slightly different in color than the flowers on the smoky blue one. More orange and red but still beautiful.

I wanted a bright pink that i could match up some lipstick too for summer fun! This kimono did not disappoint. I originally ordered the pink, but was delivered the green. Immediately went on amazon to do the return, but then i tried the green one on too, and it was super cute. Amazon sent the pink one as the replacement, but i ended up choosing to keep the green too! These have been my go too for summer wear over my shorts and jeans. Just enough cover up but gives you a bit of edge. I believe it was one size fits all, but if not, always size down in a kimono. You aren't going to close it anyways, and you want it to lay flattering. While the material is sheer, it is not see-through.

I love any way to wear secret pajamas. This allows me to put on a tank top, wide leg pants, and still look like I actually tried to make myself presentable. I receive so many compliments when I wear this layer over something simple. The fabric is the inexpensive type of polyester you’re expecting from the picture, which keeps the cost down, but isn’t high quality. This isn’t going to be cooling or protective, it’s not buttery soft or beautifully drapey, but it looks lovely, and is very simple to throw on as you leave the house. It’s not too thin, but has just the right amount of translucency to look light and airy.

Exactly as shown in the pictures! It is very lightweight and feels great. I use a decorative pin (brooch) to keep it in place on my tank top because it is, of course, "slippery," since it is so lightweight. I get very hot, and I needed something lightweight to wear instead of a cardigan. etc. This is perfect.

I like this kimono and was really surprised!! Some of the reviews mentioned a seam at the the back, first thing I looked for actually. There was no seam, the colors in the Olive are quite pretty and not faded or muddy. The material was Polyester but not the real sheer chiffon which I cannot stand. This material has a nice weight and actually does not look cheap. Overall nice kimono for the money...

Fits nice, love the material. Worn it a few times and material is still nice with no fading. True to size, bought a size Medium. I'm 5'5" 135 lbs
