So far so good, not too sure yet on the affectiveness. But seems better than some and no rubbish ingredients added like some.

Really quite good for concentration

These capsules are huge. I struggled to swallow one let alone the recommend three. Since they have a strong smell of mushrooms putting them in any kind of liquid is also not very nice. I’m currently persevering with mushroom milkshake but I don’t recommend it. Not an order I’ll be making again sadly.

Easy to take. Hoping it helps but too early to say. Good value for money.
