Like that it fits in a $200 shelving unit with file drawer that came with no filing frame. I have it set up for letter size. I got 2 filing drawers worth in it plus some room left over. Only problem (see pic) is that the one side is bent in and being the frame is plastic, I was scared to try and bend it. It would have gotten a 5 if not for that. It adjusts just be sliding the white frame closer or further apart.

One of the hardest things I've had to put together, but I like the sturdiness and the slide. Being a woman, I count ease of assembly high. But I don't regret the purchase.

Works perfectly, fits well

This was easy to put together. I bought it to fit hanging files in a file cabinet I already had.

I have this file holder at the maximum width, full of hanging files, and it's holding up well. It's in a drawer, I don't think it would be sturdy enough to sit on top of a desk.

Now thing physically wrong, just too big for my application.

I purchased 2 of these for my built in desk drawers and they fit perfectly. I use it each day and it holds my folders wonderfully.
