Yedi Evolution Air Fryer, 6.8 Quart, Stainless-Steel Finish, Ceramic Cooking Basket, with Deluxe Accessory Kit and Recipe Book

It heats up in less than 2 min. It cooks great! The price was wonderful for a ceramic interior that is very easy to clean and non toxic. I use it every other day as it’s so fast and convenient to cook in. There is no smell from the interior coating. It makes minimal fan noise and as stated, needs some clear space around it for the hot air to exit. I LOVE the air fryer!!

Love this Yedi air fryer. We use it more often than we thought we would. I like that it has a ceramic basket. Most items cook in less time than the recipes call for.

TL;DR – Great build materials (stainless steel & ceramic coating). I did have a technical issue with the unit I bought (described below), but I contacted Yedi's customer service directly, and offered excellent customer service and speedily sent me a replacement unit, so I'm a very happy customer! Detailed experience: I did extensive research before selecting this air fryer. With a stainless steel finish and a ceramic cooking basket, it's a much cleaner, healthier alternative to the standard use of unhealthy aluminum and Teflon in most air fryers. This Yedi air fryer truly delighted me... for about 10 months. Then a critical build quality problem surfaced: the control panel started failing. Specifically, the Start button disappeared. For about 2 months, I was able to keep using it by pressing the area where the button should have been. I wasn't delighted about this, but I could still use it. And then, today, 364 days after buying the unit, the LED panel completely went completely dark. No icons lit. No amount of pressing anywhere on the panel managed to get it to work. Nevertheless, because of their great customer service, I still highly recommend this air fryer.

So far I really like the unit, the accessories, the parchment inserts I also bought with it (saves a lot of time cleaning), and it's functionality is as was described. The only detractor is that it is rather loud, and the buzzer is LOUD.

I would give a 0 Star if I could. Company has very bad, unethical, not fair policies. That being said, all they are doing is following their laid out rules and policies they say before. So it is understandable. The issue is, most companies I deal with somehow make up for it if something like what happened to me happens. So yes = 0 stars. Fryer was good. I literally used it about 6-8 times over a 1 year 3 months period. LITERALLY. Kept it immaculate, and I am mechanically inclined so I also kept the tray good, straight, etc.. to make sure the safety latch always engaged properly. Literally 3 months after end of warranty period the machine stopped staying on. I would put the tray in and it would light up for about 1 sec, then go completely dead. I went over everything. Its something internally wrong I guess because nothing fixes it. I even got the tray out, engaged the safety latch myself (not recommended unless you know what you're doing) and it still did same issue. This proves it was not the latch, yet something further internal cutting off power. I contacted the company, NOT asking for under warranty repair, rather since its only 3 months past warranty and literally used 6-8 times can I get some help here.. some way to maybe make a video and tech give me some ideas because I can solder and do whatever. OR how about I pay you guys for repair. The answer I got was "go find a local electrician" there is nothing we can do, its out of warranty. Come on. This is the problem with some modern companies. They are sooooo wrapped up in logistics they literally can not look outside of their box in limited cases to do something. ANYTHING. Why make this landfill ? Thats stupid. So lets get this straight so you understand how ridiculous this is. I was willing to PAY. They do have a repair shop, because if it was under warranty (3 months ago) they WOULD be able to repair it. So why not take my money, *slightly* bend a rule and repair this ? It makes no sense. But because AI and computer strict logistics keep anyone in a company from thinking human, they "can't". No one knows how to write up that ticket, order or case because its not compliant under their usual "go to"... Absolutely ridiculous. Never buying from Yedi again. Plus obviously their products suck. Goes bad after 6-8 careful, simple uses... unacceptable. The thing sits here looking brand new, literally. Yet not working.

Hasta ahorita estamos muy satisfechos con el producto, fácil de usar, práctico, fácil de limpiar, está funcionando súper bien...espero que nos dure mucho tiempo por que estamos felices con la freidora y aún no la hemos explotado a todo su potencial. Llego rápido, solo traía un pequeñísimo detalle en la agarradera pero no sabemos si fue por el manejo de paquetería, pero es prácticamente imperceptible. En caso necesario actualizare el post.

Was a gift, my daughter in law was looking for a non toxic air fryer! Yeti is a good brand so I bought it for my son & daughter in law for a Christmas gift. Love it!

I bought this to replace a previous air fryer that I replaced for two reasons one it was too small and that I could see the Teflon on the edges of the basket starting to wear. Since Teflon is a forever chemical it bothered me that this was potentially getting in my food so I sought it out a Teflon free alternative.This air fryer advertises itself as having No Teflon everything ceramic.From looking at it and everything I've been able to tell I think that is the case. ,While it had a slightly lower maximum temperature than my previous air fryer, 200° C versus 220° C,It had a higher wattage reading and oddly enough it Cooks things faster. I suspect it's because it's a bigger basket and higher speed fan which was moving more air around. I also like that it doesn't have a bunch of preset buttons, although it has some, because all I really do is set the time and temperature manually until it to go. Overall it's been reliable and I would recommend it.

Ya tengo 6 meses con esta freidor. El precio de la freidora lo ha valido por completo. La verdad no entiendo los comentarios sobre que hace ruido, ya que como cualquier aparato electrónico suena y no molesta. La verdad he cocinado en ella bastante y es fácil de limpiar, el tamaño me gusta mucho y también sus accesorios. Viene en grados Fahrenheit, para que no se asusten cuando no los puedan cambiar. Al igual que el manual en inglés. Soy muy feliz con la compra que hice, fue una buena inversión.
