I have received the bp machine. but power adopter is missing.

This does not work properly and dont waste your money. Very misleading and inaccurate readings when compared to other readers and manual checking.

Out of 4 batteries, there were only 2 batteries. There is a blurriness on the screen which gives BP reading. Though it gives the BP reading, the blur makes its difficult to read.
