Fantastic multipurpose
This is a super multipurpose pan and one of the best that I have ever bought, so useful for flash frying, griddling, even stewing. It has a smooth side and a griddle side, you can open it to use as a frying pan or close the magnetic lid and use it as a saucepan or stewpot. I have taken it with me on two self- catering holidays these upyear and each time it was a god send.

Versatile pan!
Love this pan, very versatile, good for lots of dishes from fish to bubble & squeak! Easy to clean, well made and good value for money.

Can't turn food over, as I expected
So disappointed with this pan, I had expected to turn the food over, such as pancakes or omelets or even toasted sandwiches, but the 2 sides of the pan are so far apart, that everything you try to turn ends up in a disheveled mess
