I have been using your product for several years now, but my latest order seems to be defective. The salve I have been using is a light brown color with a distinctive scent. What I received this time has a very feint scent (nowhere near as good as previously), and the color is creamy and the texture is not as dense as before. It appears to be either the start of the filling run where not all ingredients have been mixed in. Is there a way that you can confirm this, and replace what I received with what I have been using up to now?

I had received a small sample on a JetBlue Mint flight and liked the texture. But what drove me to order a full-sized version was the scent. Unfortunately, it appears the company changed the formula as it smells similar but different. The color and texture have also changed. It's a fine product, I was just expecting something different.

I love all of the Dear Clark products I have tried, love the results and the scent is wonderful.
