I got this shake as a meal replacement because I really want to lose just 2–3 kilos before summer. Being in menopause, even cutting down on food hasn’t really worked for me, so I needed something low-calorie that still fills me up. So far, it’s early to say about actual weight loss, but I really like the taste and how well it mixes. It keeps me full for 3–4 hours without feeling hungry. I take it in the morning instead of breakfast, then have lunch around 12, and dinner later. It’s been a helpful addition to my routine — not a miracle, but a good, practical option for anyone like me who struggles with appetite and portion control during menopause.

Great taste, gives me a good idea on protein and fibre per day. I have a colon condition whereby I cannot eat too much fibre. Wanted to get accuracy ideas re fibre, protein and carbs. I love the shake and find it easy to mix (and consume)

This actually tastes OK, though you need more than a 10 sec shake to get it to dissolve and not clump!!! It has replaced my meals and it does stop me being hungry for hours. I like the taste of this and it can be as thick or thin as you prefer. It keeps my hunger at bay and leaves me with high energy. I’m using it as part of a controlled eating plan and have two shakes a day, I very rarely feel the need to snack or add additional food to my main meal. Helps me keep track of the calories perfectly while giving me the right nutrients.
