As per my habit I checked all the contents, googled them and found all are supporting for fat burning. Tried 1st serving today before workout focus was sharp, energy is smooth not feeling like crash when having high interest workout, I felt thermogenic effect. Quality and Value for money product..

I taking daily 2 pills but I didn't see any results and didn't see any thermo genic effect better we go to muscletech hydroxy cut or nutrex lipo 6. I am taking this pills morning and evening I do workout but still my belly fat didn't see any changes

Previously I used Nutrija Caffeine 2 caps a day morning and evening with 2000 calories diet and lost 2.7 kg in 10 days after that I used 2 caps twice daily of Nutrija Thermopeak in morning and evening with 2000 calories diet and 30 min walking plenty of water and a multivitamin for 14 days and lost 6.2 kg. I will update after 1 month.

Waste of money, it doesn't makes any changes apart of stopping your cravings for some extents
