I began taking Brain + IQ complex a month ago to improve clarity and focus while in school. The size of the capsule is on the larger size but still easy to swallow with little to no taste. The first two weeks I did not see much of a difference but soon after I started seeing small improvements while studying. I typically take 1 capsule in the morning with my breakfast.
