Tianji Electric Claypot

Good product, works well and easy.

Bought this August last year. Love the product with its automatic functions for cooking anything you can think of (soup,stew, rice, and in between :). Easy operation. User friendly, easy to clean clay pot. I’m addition, when the electric part went out of service in December, we got immediate response after emailing to their service department. Got a replacement shipped fast. And works again like a charm. Best cooker so far!

I have been looking for a claypot long time for making good soup and porridge. Got it just before Christmas. It is a great gift. I have used to cook porridge, stew pork leg, duck wings, sausage rice. It stewed the meat very tender. Taste good. It is a good brand name. Only problem is too easy to stick to the bottom. I followed the instruction, brushed some oil around the bottom before making claypot rice, but it still stick to the bottom. Hard to wash the pot. Another thing is it comes with two small white rubber cap, but instruction didn't mention about it, not sure what's it for. The claypot cooker not too big, should be good for 2-3 people meal.

I purchased this and used it once to test it. Then I travelled and didn't have a chance to use it again. Today I used to cook for guests, and found out that it doesn't work. I plugged it in, and the whole thing just doesn't turn on. I tried multiple outlets and I tested those outlets with my air fryer to prove those outlets are functioning. This cooker just doesn't turn on. Yes, I made sure it was connected well. For an expensive purchase like this, it is very disappointing.

I'm so glad I got it. Make the clay pot rice fast and tasty!

We use this thing a lot, it's very useful. The best part is that the clay pot is heavy-duty so, we're in no danger of accidentally cracking it.
