The LAUNCH CRP TOUCH PRO ELITE IT is a great tool, easy to use and understand. Great for diagnosing cars and trucks, reading trouble codes and can reset 7 important car services. Good price and fast delivered. This is the 2nd LAUNCH Scan Tool CRP Touch PRO Elite that I bought in 2 months, I am using one in my shop and the other one at home{garage}. I recommend this tool for a personal used or to used it in a small shop {if you don't want to spend a fortune on a scanner tool}

Very good tool highly recommend

In the big scheme, it seems like the unit has the capabilities as listed and I decided to spend the money to get something that appeared to have many capabilities. However, upon firing it up the first time in 8/2023 - the day it arrived, it immediately gave me an error saying "Your subscription has expired. You cannot download a new version of the software at this time. Please contact your local Launch dealer to renew your subscription." I have been able to use it a couple of times since, w/o being able to update anything, despite the claim that they offered "Free 2 years update". In general it works and seems to have some good features, BUT. I had taken time to send an email to the support website within 2 days of arrival. Never heard anything back. As I try to use the unit more and some of the expanded capabilites, I seem to run into things it won't do - at least the way I would expect them to. I just tried to update it again, got the same error. Happened to dig in and found the old email to customer support with absolutely no response from August last year. BTW, just had a terrible time trying to navigate the website for a contact to get help - looks like to you have to call China or send emails to folks that don't respond. At one point, it looked like I could log into the site, but was never able to get logged in so that I could chat online - got error messages in Chinese that don't tell me much. Very frustrated and doesn't look like I have an avenue to get things corrected. At this point, I doubt I can get my money back. I would like to think this company would try to support their products, but it isn't obvious to me how to make that happen. I just sent another email to customer support and also to sales. Maybe that will get some response, but I am not holding my breath. Really disappointing to spend this kind of money and not get a product that looks like it is worth it!!!!!! I hope that others have had better experience(s) than I have.

This is my second Launch Touch Pro and impressed with the new 2022 version "Elite". Fairly easy to setup and operate with more features - YES!! The only issue I have with is their Tech Support. Purchased my first unit through AMAZON back in August 2016. Of course it's out of warranty, no worries, but I reached out for some tech assist and was inform by Launch USA Customer/Product Support that "items sold on AMAZON are NOT supported or sold by launchtech USA, and are considered OVERSEA units." That's funny, because there' a visit LAUNCH Site link on Amazon. Additionally, "they stated that they do not have any information on my device for support and to please e-mail [email protected]" They also, provided their distributors list to visit and yep, Amazon was NOT LISTED. So, now I'm considering returning the latest unit I purchased last week and not deal with the run around.................

Lacking in some functions. I did return for this reason.

I purchased this because I had an ABS light on in the car. The scan tool told me it was a bad wheel speed sensor and I was able to replace the part without having to go to the shop. This is a very handy and reliable tool to have and it was worth the investment for any future problems that my cars might have.

One of the first things I like about the tool is the size. After working with many scan tools, the size of the tool and the screen are very comfortable. The screen is very responsive to touch and having colors which is awesome. Updating worked at the first try and purchase new modules if necessary. In my case, I tried multiple tools to clear an airbag after fixing. This launch tool was easy to read and clear the airbag codes from my car without problems. Highly recommended!
