It works. The center press screws in once you add your coffee and splash it with water. It may be a bit slow for some folks, but it makes coffee that is good and strong.

I was very excited to receive this as I love Vietnamese coffee and hadn't had it in a very long time. This is easy to use, comes with instructions (in English) and cleans up very quickly. I was a little confused because the insert screws down, but that's not how you use it. Of course the instructions don't say anything about that. Suffice to say, you unscrew the insert to use it the first time or if you're packing it away. Other than that, just set the insert on top of the spindle and pour the hot water. Also, I find that it takes longer than the time stated on the instructions for the coffee to brew, so it's not very warm by the time all the water soaks through. I just pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds, so it's not a big deal. Just wanted to let people know what to expect. Best of all the flavor is fantastic and now I can have Vietnamese coffee any time I am so inclined. It's also very inexpensive for what I consider to be a delicacy. Good deal all the way 'round.

Amazing product! The coffee is comparable to any pour over/drip devices. And it's so tiny and cute :) I bought it so I could travel with it, (which won't be for a while, pandemic...u kno...) but it feels like it will be able to withstand being jostled in my luggage. This is quickly becoming a favorite in my coffee paraphernalia collection!

Works well, but you must use extra fine grind, not ordinary grind. Latin espresso is common most areas and works for me. Don’t overlook removing the inner filter and wetting the grounds. Then be patient. It takes about five minutes!

The product is exactly as advertised, which is a good thing. Cleaning is easy, just have to rinse through water. Usage instructions are clear and easy to follow. The customer service is on point. 5 stars, không cần nói nhiều!

I really wanted to love this but sadly I can't. The part that goes inside to press is a twist on not press. So with that being said we couldn't remove it once it was wet and it wasn't big enough to even stick my small hands into. We had to find pliers to get it out. I wouldn't recommend.

I’ve used it a couple of times, and am still trying to get a handle on how to use it to get the coffee the way I want it but general instructions we included and it makes a delicious cup of coffee. The owner seems to care, and the product seems very good for the price paid.

This product seems to be oxidized and it is super unhealthy if one uses it. Look at the yellow spots all over it.
