Eye exercise got to be a plan for ol age eyes. Health matters too and some later then never starts. Start in its place sometime.

Too expensive for just one

If you have eye issues and may need to get your prescription changed more than once a year get this. It's good if you have rooms where you can't get 20 feet away. I tried another brand and it came rolled up in a tiny box. Got a refund because I would never flatten out. Actually was told by Amazon to keep. It's still under heave boxes and not flat yet many months later. When my vision gets to a point I know it's too dangerous to work, time for new prescription. Never had this problem in my life until past coup!e years.
