I became aware of PQQ as I learned more about mitochondrial support. After using this PQQ for 18 days along with some other new mitochondrial support supplements, I have experienced noticeable improvement during activities whereby my muscles would fatigue quickly. I am doing the same things but for much longer without the burn of muscle fatigue. I also seem to have gotten rid of that late afternoon tiredness that would nearly require a nap. So this PQQ gets a share of the credit for that improvement. What I wasn't expecting was to see a remarkable change in sleep. I had been stuck at 6 hours (with CPAP) no matter what. After taking the PQQ, 6 hours has turned into a full 8 hours and I feel like I've had a much deeper sleep. If you've ever experienced insomnia, use a CPAP, you know very well when something is working or something is changing. This is definitely a pleasant surprise. This PQQ should be a core supplement for folks of all (adult) ages. I wished I had found it sooner.

Best PQQ I have found. I have been taking it for several years--I always try different labels to see which 'feels' best. I seem to get the most energy from this brand. Im over 70 so I noticed energy gains or lacks right away. I take it with my CoQ10 of course, as that's when you get the best synergistic effect. I highly recommend.

I have been taking PQQ from X Gold health regularly for 6 months. My overall health has improved, I seem to have good blood flow and improved memory, I sleep better too! I will continue taking it with my regular dietary supplements. Great product at a great price.
