I thought I would try this out after hearing about it on Zestology & Dave Aspery podcasts and it works! I feel clear and calm during the day with a gentle feeling of content. Purchased the first pot two months ago, and must say it really does exactly what it's supposed to, My gut is in better shape and my mind is certainly sharper and calmer, just what is needed in this current climate.
