I bought this assuming it would be cheap and a waste of money, oh God no. This is by far the best money I've ever spent. Perfect for sciatica, the heat isn't too hot, and the quality seems really good, very sturdy! I highly suggest this for anyone with back pain, neck pain or sore legs!

Works well but if you angle it wrong and hit a bone it really hurts. I have to prop something behind my head as well to get comfy usually when I’m using it.

This is a decent massager for a fair price that I use almost daily so a lot of wear and tear. I bought it a little under a year ago and this last week the cover started to rip apart. I noticed that the cover zips around the whole unit so I contacted the company via Amazon and asked if there was a way to purchase a replacement cover. Instead they offered to exchange or refund me because it has a 3 year warranty and so I opted for an exchange because I like the unit and it achieves my needs. They sent me a replacement unit and it was delivered in less then two days. They don’t even require me to send back the defective unit. I’m thoroughly impressed by their customer service. Got this for my boyfriend and he says it helps his back a lot after a long day! The heat is good! Durability seems to be doing great so far. It’s lightweight. You can bring it with you if you’re traveling, but will need to be near a plug in if you want to use it.

Works alright, a bit whiny. It is just a rotational motion, I do like a bit more variety. The strength is fine, a little painful if I don't have the angle right. It actually gave me a new lump in my neck, but that was likely on me, forgot to ride the wave. It felt good in the moment, not so much after. Don't lean too much into it, even a light pressure with sieze it, which makes it one of the weaker shiatsu massages I've tried (but for the price it is cheaper to replace). I like how it will auto reverse. I don't like the very short15 minute limit, wish it could go longer, maybe 30 minutes, but I want to give it ample time to cook down to preserve longevity. I wish I had the option of getting another cable so that I could move it from the livingroom to the bedroom without having to rewire from the outlet behind the couch. This is a definite disadvantage, especially since it is a specific plug, you have to replace the whole unit if there is an issue such as a power surge. If I had thought more when ordering instead of reacting to a pain, I might have gone with a different one. I tried the car adaptor, but it didn't work. It was the first thing I'd plugged in there in my car, so I thought maybe that socket was an issue so I grabbed a DC-car adaptor converter I had, but it didn't work there either. So now I only have one good cable with no backup. Since the device works it doesn't seem worth the bother of a return for the car cable when I only passingly thought of using it in. Fingers crossed 🤞 that it lasts at least a year.

It just stopped working. I didn't have it long but it stopped and never worked again. I don't know what it is. I've had it for a while now. I guess hoping that since it still looks new that it will start working again...

I received this less than a week ago and after very little use is ripping at the seams. It took a while to get here, and by the looks of it will have to pay to ship it back to CHINA! What a waste of time, energy and money. And NOW...The invoice from the post office for sending this $50. neck massager back to the Chinese address listed as the only option in order to get a refund, MINUS the shipping to Canada was "$231.36 for Xpresspost International"- $154.91 for Surface Parcel Int'l & $383.46 for Priority WW-parcel!!! So obviously it's NOT going back, and I basically just threw away the price of this defective product! Please be warned if you're looking to purchase this!
