While this was not the least expensive jewelry mini-plier set I found, the price felt right for the number of items included. It also had strong customer reviews and promised quick delivery (thank you, Amazon). When the set arrived, the packaging was just okay. I’ll admit I’m normally a sucker for nice packaging. The tools themselves, however, turned out to be exactly what the product page promised. Both grips fit well and felt great in my hands. Ease of use was excellent, though to be fair, there’s not much mystery involved in using pliers. The round-nose pliers bent my small dog-jewelry links perfectly and effortlessly, while the thicker, slightly larger (almost normal-sized) needle-nose pliers gripped tightly and held well. Beyond the tools themselves, the set also includes a satisfaction guarantee and a small thank-you note with what appears to be a genuinely heartfelt message. To me, that kind of touch goes a long way. It’s no surprise these sell well and have the rating they do.

The quality isn't good, but the price is acceptable!

These get a lot of use in my crafting projects. They feel very sturdy, are a good size for most tasks, and feel like they'll last a long time. When they arrived, they did seem a bit dirty/oily, but it also came with a note clarifying the apperance. They cleaned up very nicely. Would buy again.

Overall, they’re not good quality. All three pliers were defective. The Rounded pliers are only round on one side, and sharp on the other side, thus cutting the wire Im trying to round-out. The Snip- Pliers for cutting are only able to cut at the very tip- the cutting edge doesn’t connect evenly/at all. I understand they’re inexpensive, but they do not function even at the bare minimum.

Well packaged. I of course, took it out and tried it right away and everything works. The wire cutters are super sharp, which is great! My only complaint is since the handles are rubber, they’re a little sticky. The round nose pliers work really well on floral wire on up to other thicknesses. And inside the package, they add a little thank you card with a little mustache sticker lol! I also love that it’s three different colors so I don’t have to look real close of which pliers I’m grabbing- I can see immediately which is which. I guess the only other thing I could say is it would be nice if there was a little pouch or something to keep the tools in but for that price I can’t complain.

Great set for home jewelry repair.

These are good pliers to use for jewelry making (is why I bought them) and are easy to handle and very helpful with all my wire work. They are sharp (so no need for sharpening them yet) and I am cutting wire that is pretty thick in some parts. Good buy and worth the money.
