Quality product. I love the stainless steel nozzle (versus the plastic ones). This is my 2nd purchase for use elsewhere. Sturdy, sleek design and aesthethetically pleasing. No leaking or need to replace nozzle. Ive had my original one for over 2 years now.

I bought two of these and although I had one that leaked I was able to reach out to the company and even though the product was past it's return date the company replaced my microfractured leaking crock with a new one. Thankfully that one does not leak. Really like these and super awesome on the company to replace the product after the return period ended. I would highly recommend this product if you're looking for something like this.

I got two of these crocks and enjoyed them quite a bit. But one developed a slow but undeniable leak. I determined the leak was *not* from a loose spigot. The Geo website asserts a lifetime limited warranty — but every time I email them I get a different excuse as to why I don’t qualify. Once they said there is no warranty. I sent the link to the lifetime warranty page. Then they’re saying it’s normal wear and tear. I ask how they can know that with no photos or information? Then they say okay it’s only a 1-year warranty — but again the policy says lifetime! Is it a robot programmed to always deny claims & make any excuse? Please be warned.

What an awesome product. This unit is kiln for ceramic coating (glazing) inside and out with a metal spigot. My prior unit was not ceramic coated on the inside which always contaminated the water. This looks very nice sitting on the water stand. Pay the extra few dollars and get a very nice water dispenser. Plus, you are supporting a small business. I highly recommend this item. Enjoy.

Delivery was as expected, so far works well, packaged well to avoid breaking during transit, very happy with my purchase!

It is really quiet but unfortunately the lid would fall off easily and this being ceramic it will break. Since I needed it for my tea shop and employees are careless I had to return it but if you use it at home and be careful it is really cute.

This ceramic Water dispenser is well built and does not leach lead and arsenic.

This water crock was so nice! It is well made with good quality materials, and it is well finished. This holds a 5 gallon bottle of water without any issues. The spout on this is great ; it allows easy pouring of water or liquids, and it barely drips. Unfortunately, the price on this particular one was very high. I ended up having to return it because I found less expensive alternative on Amazon.com which I was able to pick up in the United States.

Es muy bonito, se percibe muy buena calidad en todos sus componentes, la llave tiene muy buen caudal, no gotea, todo funcionando perfectamente. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

This is for our guests water in our business and it keeps it naturally a bit cooler than room temperature which is nice, it does not get that slimy film in it. And it is made beautifully, which I was happy about because it is quite pricey. But I am happy with it after having it for over six months.!

This crock started leaking 1 week after I filled it. The faucet was not leaking. Within 3 weeks the horizontal lines shown in the picture appeared and were wet. The crock slowly leaks!!!!!!

The product was beautiful and practical when it just arrived. However, one month after we first started using it, we saw cracks on the product. We are not sure when will the product fall apart. Kindly advice if this is eligible for a replacement.
