New battery won’t charge. One star because I can’t comment without a rating. I’ll give it a -10 Oops, sorry, fixed the problem wasn’t the battery, the plug in was loose.

I have only had for a few weeks. It charged properly and so far works great.

This battery worked great for exactly exactly 32 days and then completely stopped taking a charge. It was my second battery from this company. The first one lasted over a year. My second one was complete trash. UPDATE: the one year warranty was worthless. the only way to contact the seller is through a link on their storefront that just connects to a bot. There is no way to report a defective product that is under ’warranty’.

Worked perfectly fine. I was gifted a Dyson from my sister and it had a battery that just been. This is but just fixed it now. It'll run 30-40 minutes each time great product

What I need for Dyson fit and gives me plenty of vacuum time between charging

I purchased this battery for my Dyson DC31 vacuum in Sept and it failed in Dec, which is well within the 1 yr warranty period. I use the vacuum approximately 1-2x each week for the duration of 1 battery charge. I contacted POWTREE through Amazon informing them of the battery failure and requested a replacement battery. Instead of addressing the problem, they wrote back asking if I am having a problem. Of course I am having a problem, I already indicated this in my first message. Completely ineffective communication which requires that I spend more time going back and forth with them on a warranty claim. It seems they are hoping to string this out so that I will forget about it. Do not recommend this product.

My boyfriend spotted a used Dyson at a donation box, and we decided to bring it home. It was in great condition and came with all parts, but the Dyson would shut off after 1 minute of using it. We figured that was why someone decided to get rid of it. So we figured it was just the battery and decided to order this one off Amazon. Was delivered much earlier than expected and now we have a perfectly good Dyson, and all we had to do was buy a new battery. Amazing product! Definitely recommend if your Dyson dies out.

Thank goodness I found this. I was gonna have to throw my handheld Dyson away. This worked perfectly charged wonderfully and it holds the charge for a long time.
