Received a dead battery. Was a loose plug in.
New battery won’t charge. One star because I can’t comment without a rating. I’ll give it a -10 Oops, sorry, fixed the problem wasn’t the battery, the plug in was loose.

Fits my old Dyson just fine.
After one year, this is still working like the original battery.

Stopped working after 32 days. Warranty worthless.
This battery worked great for exactly exactly 32 days and then completely stopped taking a charge. It was my second battery from this company. The first one lasted over a year. My second one was complete trash. UPDATE: the one year warranty was worthless. the only way to contact the seller is through a link on their storefront that just connects to a bot. There is no way to report a defective product that is under ’warranty’.

Great battery replacement
Great replacement battery for my Dyson. Work well and lasts for a while on a single charge. Fits well in my vacuum and feels and looks just like the OEM

Back in business...
New life for my old original Dyson hand held vac. I like the upgraded 8000mAh for longer run time.

Works, but hard to insert power plug.
This does charge, but the installation of the new battery makes the access to the charger port more difficult to plug in. I also hear a bussing sound as the unit is charging. I monitored for about an hour and all was OK.
