iPad screen

Home button doesn't work
The home button that it comes with. One, is not OEM and some features don't work. Two, main issue I had was the button was not working after installation. Luckily I had an extra home button laying around that I replaced with. .

Product is moderately difficult for a first time DIY project and took a tremendous amount of time and you tube videos to complete. The product is as described. Glad I did it. Would not do it again!

Extra Work but Cheaper Price
I have the 7th gen iPad which is what this digitizer is designed for. This is my second time cracking the screen and the first time I brought it to a third party repair store and spent around $200 for just a digitizer replacement that was not even OEM. After cracking it the second time I looked on Amazon and found this digitizer. For the price it is a no brainer if you are willing to put in a little extra work. For anyone that is new to electronic repair, this listing is just the digitizer or basically the touch screen part that corresponds to the LCD for your iPad, so if you have a cracked LCD screen then this will not fix your whole issue. For installation, there were really no instructions that came with the package which is why I took off one star, but there are plenty of videos online that can walk you through the simple process. Overall, compared to bringing your broken iPad to a third party store, this is a great alternative and great kit to save a ton of money if you are willing to put in a little extra work.

Perfect bundle for replacing an iPad screen
Super simple to replace - make sure you have heating pad to warm up adhesive to remove screen - but all other tools are provide in this kit. Perfect fit for my 7th generation 10.2 ipad.

It’s ok
The screen was ok but no glue for edges ran the risk and it broke the same day unfortunately before to get the glue to go around
