I only use 1/2 a scoop as this is extremely sweet and I don’t add it all of the time with my smoothies So does it help with immune support…. I don’t solely rely on it so I can’t say… for me what I do know is if I’m doing anything at all that supports my immunity then it’s better than not doing anything..

I have been taking this product for a year now, and it has been wonderful. I haven’t had any colds or flu, and I feel great overall. At work, several of my coworkers have gotten sick, and the same has happened at home with my husband and son, but I have continued to feel well and haven’t caught anything. I leave home very early in the morning to go to work, and sometimes the cold weather can contribute to getting a cold, but that hasn’t been the case for me. This product has truly made a difference. I take it daily with my breakfast, and it has become a habit for me. It’s amazing and definitely worth it.

Doesn't mix the best but tastes good and works great for all the school germs!

I really like this product! It mixes easily with water in my shaker bottle and has a pleasant smell. The aftertaste is slightly earthy (likely from the mushrooms), but that’s to be expected and well worth it for all the beneficial nutrients. I’ve only been using it for a few days, but I’m looking forward to seeing how I feel after taking it consistently for a few weeks.

This is the best stuff. It is easy to mix with water, does not taste awful (like a tart berry), and really seems to help boost our immune systems because we notice a difference during sickness season when we are using it consistently versus when we are not.

I haven't gotten sick since and helps with gut regulation! The taste is not the best but if you set it mixed up in the fridge ahead of time alot better tasting cold

I was really doubtful about how good this would taste. I've been looking for an alternative to emergen-c or airborne for our family. This is delicious! It's not fizzy like the other two I mentioned, but it has a very good berry flavor. And I love that it's not in single serving plastic pouches or those plastic tubes. It comes with a scoop and mixed in with the water fairly easily. I love the ingredients: a mix of beneficial mushrooms, berries, herbs, greens and vitamins. I will definitely be buying this on repeat.
