Great for massages! I use this for post work out muscle recovery, lymphatic massages, and even on my face! Super easy to use & gives my wrist a bit of a work out because i use it for so long! The box recommends 5-10 mins per area so i pretty much just do a full body! The roller makes it very functional and it’s the perfect handheld size for even larger hands. I think the quality is amazing i love the 3 different points it has it really does get every kink or ache i have out !

I love this product. Easy to use, lightweight but powerful. The handle has a grip side. Rolls very smooth. Works out kinks and sore muscles. I have some nerve stuff going on and this roller works out the spasms. It has made such a difference. Great for any sore areas. My little girl loves her back rubbed with it.

I bruised the CRAP out of my legs over using this thing. It works pretty well and feels pretty good but if you use it in an area with less "meat" (I don't know a better way to say it) you may end up work bruises. It felt great on my shins ankles and calves... until I woke up bruised.

One night I went on a purchasing binge of various back/muscle rollers. The others I purchased don't have these big bumps and are a finer arrangement of protrusions. The larger size and spacing of these bumps gets deeper into the muscles and provides real relief. I just wish it was on a slightly larger pole or stick for hard-to-reach areas. But this is absolutely worth the purchase and will give you some looser muscles!

I purchased this product with high hopes, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete letdown. Within a short time of use, small pieces started falling off, making the item completely unusable. This is not only unacceptable for the price but also shows a serious lack of quality control. To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service, I was only offered a partial refund—despite the product being clearly defective. A partial refund for a broken item? That’s insulting. This entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this product or this company to anyone. Save your money and buy from a brand that stands behind what they sell.

Love this for a extremity work out! Achy muscles relax after using this tool! Perfect for hand size as I am 5’9”. Lightweight and nodules are a perfect size and they do not hurt as you roll back and forth!

I ordered this as I'm at my wits end with pain, lumpiness, weight and loose skin on my legs and arms due to Stage three bilateral Lymphodema. I've tried so many other things claiming to help, but this ticks all the boxes, it's light and easy to give yourself a Lymphodema massage using this Lymphatic Drainage Massager. Tonight I feel amazing, no edgy jumpy legs in bed! This has caused sleep. Issues for years. I rate it 5 stars, I'd give it 10 if I could! Excellent value for money, next day delivery with prime, easy to use, and definite early benefits already. Give it a try!
