Works great and takes a beating! Really keeps the motor cool!

Used it a couple times and half the fan blade broke off. Past time to send it back by days. Update, superior customer service, send them an email. They sent me a replacement in just a few days. I added a nylon screen with the replacement to make sure no debris can get to it. See how long it last this time. They do stand behind their product.

Product initially worked as intended, but ofter using my rc for maybe an hour or 2 i found fan blades missing. I figured something got caught in the fan and broke a couple of the buy after maybe 2 more batteries through the MT10 all the blades were gone with mo apparent outside reason for the destruction. Will not purchase again.

Heat sink fits good. The quality of the metal seems okay. The fan sucks though. Within the first 5-10 mins of riding, I noticed the fan was no longer spinning. Turns out 2 blades broke off luckily they are nearly 180° apart so the balance should be okay(I had to spin the fan to get the photos so it doesn't look like it). Fan started spinning after removing the broken pieces. Motor is running noticeably cooler so that's good. The truck is a 2wd brushless stampede running on 2s. I didnt even ramp or jump it when the fans broke. Just going fast around the yard and a few gentle roll overs.

Pros: - fast arrival - fan is quiet do not even hear it - Most fans have jst connector, his was one of only fans that had Guyana connector that you can hook to spare channel on the receiver - using heat gun to measure I verified my motor temps went from 149 down to 112. This was on a 90 degree day outside and running 2s LiPo Cons: - had to saw one fin off in order for this to fit my rustler 4x4 vxl (see photos) - Would prefer fan be on top of motor but the results seem to be well enough as is - tight squeeze to get this to work and had to file down fin I cut off so would not damage motor wires Notes: - used thermal compound on heat sink for better heat dissipation - overall very satisfied with results 4/5 since I had to work at modifying it to make it fit

Awsome fan to keep motor cool. Definitely a durable fan, there’s been sticks and grass in it. And still runs great after cleaning it

Clips tightly onto motor, but does not make good (thermal) contact in some areas. However, it does significantly lower the motor temp, helped by the neat (and quiet) little fan.
