They work
I was super hesitant about getting these but I’m so glad I did. It took a couple days to work but my skin looks so good. It went from dry/broken out and wrinkly to plump and clear. Read online this helps with dry skin. I honestly believe it does. Been taking it for years using only this brand. I'm not saying I look 20 years younger but I do believe it has helped with a little plumpness and super fine lines. I also take fish oil which I'm sure is a help too.
