This works on m156 engines. It fit perfectly on the camshafts on my w204, m156 C63. Value for the price was good. They should have included 2 compression tools, this would make things a little bit easier. But very good tool nonetheless.

I needed a store to replace the timing chain guys and my Mercedes and that was perfect too. Everything worked out perfect thank you Amazon.

Doesn’t quite fit right for the M271 like it says. Got the job done but modifications to the tools were required.

Did the job it was made to do, was able to do the whole timing set while the cams were held in place.

Got the job done for a W204 M156 C63 engine. Worth it for sure

The chain retainer tool had small holes through which the valve cover bolts go through to secure, I had to do some drilling to make the holes bigger. The retainer tool keeps the chain secured on gears when new chain is fed through. The camshaft alignment lock tool used to position both camshafts at TDC and lock them in place worked great.
