Quality, softness, and natural look
I will order again this product is so soft even after soaking. It keep the semi-curls. Great quality for this price. True color and works well with string or the combs. I would love to test your products.

Love the fullness (volume) of afro puff extension. The color is nicely done as well. Maybe, I have been ordering smaller sizes in the past not realizing this is the perfect size and look. It also came with pins (which I never used before with the attached combs), however, the pins does add security...so thaks for the complentary bobby pins as well

Looks Like a Poorly Constructed Bird Nest: Absolutely Unwearable
It was delivered in timely manner and looks nice in the picture, but I never thought it would be so much shorter, very dry, frizzy, looking matted and ugly in person. Again, I feel like buying wig/hair pieces on here can be very disappointing--this was another instance... I wish there was more quality control, transparency and honesty about products. You don't know much especially as it relates to quality, etc until after it's received because you happen to love what is pictured and stated in listing. This is 100% NO!

It was too dry and nappy-looking
I gave it 3 stars because the ponytail wasn't as high-quality as I expected, but since it is not human hair, you get what you pay for. I would have loved it if adding a curl moistureizer had taken away the dryness.

I absolutely love this ponytail. I was a little nervous but it is soft and matches my hair texture. I received so many compliments. This is perfect for my days when I just want to pull my hair in a bun and run.

I love this hair, on days I don't want to do too much to my hair I just put this on. It is just the right size, not to big or too small. It is perfect for me.
