Really Love this item!
Generally I don't leave reviews, but I order everything on Amazon and highly rely on reviews before I order anything so since this item only has 1 review and I am so happy with it I wanted to share! This product is great for my 14 month old daughter! I was constantly having to put her blanket back on her during the night and was only concerned she was not warm enough. Also I felt like sometime her blanket would cause her to wake up because she would roll around and get rolled up in it and it would cause her to wake. I got this a few days ago and am so so happy! It is the perfect amount of warmth for her over cotton, footed pajamas. I put it over my upper body like a blanket and although it is thin, it is actually nice and cozy, so I know it is keeping her warm. I feel like the fleece version would be a little too warm over pajamas, maybe in different weather. I did order a fleece one as well to have incase I do feel it is necessary, but right now I think I will be using this version for a while. I just purchased another to have as a backup! Since she started using this she has slept very well and I know she is warm and comfy. As for the sizing, I did read about how big everyone says it runs, and that is very true. The weight chart is totally inaccurate as far as choosing the size. My daughter is 32" tall and 29lbs, she is in the 100th percentile for both height and weight for her age, so she is big for her age. I normally would of purchase the X-Large, but after all the reviews I read I bought the Large and I am very happy I did. It is pretty big on her, but Id say the perfect amount to make it more like a blanket, then just an extra layer of clothing. I put her feet through the holes at the bottom because she likes to have her legs free at night, and since she is wearing footed pajamas her arms and feet are warm. She does not have any issues with this being on. The only thing is, she can't really walk in it, it is too long, the extra fabric hangs on the floor passed her feet and I know she would trip, but I really don't care because I put it on her right before bed and take it off as soon as we take her out of her crib, easy to take on and off so no big deal to me. She was never a fan of the regular halo sleepsacks, I had a few but only used them once or twice, this one is totally different. I would very highly recommend this product to anyone who is considering it!! :)

Sweet. Our 15 month old has been using the ...
Sweet. Our 15 month old has been using the fleece version all of fall and winter- it was the best! Since the weather has been warmer, I knew to go for the same style sleep sack in a light fabric. It is not cotton; it is a thin polyester knit (0.5 TOG). Halo only offers the 100% cotton in a leg-less sack, so this is our only option if the leg opennings are neccessary. There are other brands that offer this in cotton, but we chose this bc the quality is still high, it zips from top to bottom (no scratchy chins), and it's way cheaper than the other brands in cotton. Also, we need the leg opennings bc we travel alot and this sacks allows us to buckle baby into the carseat safely while wearing it- and slide him into bed when we get home. Yes the bag is big, but after you get over the initial shock, you will see that it will be perfect. The feet are suppose to be completely in the bagged area when kid is laying straight. We have a Large for our 15 month old, with about 6 inches from his feet to the crotch. This is perfect so that we can use for the spring and hopefully it will still be long enough for the following fall. When I want him to walk around, we pull his feet out. (If the cuff of the legs are too big/wide and the feet keep slipping back in, simply take a needle & thread and sew a verticle line down the cuff to make it slimmer. And remove threads when baby gets bigger. No one will care about aesthetics since it's only for sleeping). Don't be turned off by the material. We ourselves use fuzzy fleece blankets/throw blankets, sweatshirts, etc. Fleece is polyester. Why is this a problem for a baby blanket? They keep us warm in cold weather and baby doesn't overheat unless you use in hot weather (in which case, we don't use a blanket at all)

Great for summer in warm climates.
We live in Northern Alabama and summers are warm, but the air conditioning is cold. I've battled to find the right weight sleep apparel for my kiddos and this sleep sack has been great. It keeps them warm but not sweaty. No, I don't love that it's polyester, but it's light and washes/dries very quickly which is a huge plus. The zipper is fine. The size runs large but that's OK. I've been using a Large for my baby boy from 6-10 months (he's worn 18-24mos clothing during this time). His feet stay tucked in it since he's not walking anyway. At 10 months he's starting to stand and this is still big on him but he can move around wearing it. My 2yo daughter has one of these but it's pink (plus another fleece one by same maker - sizing the same). It's XL and she's been wearing it at the same time as 2T-3T clothing. It's still large on her and she has to hold up the extra material when she walks (see pic, she was 33.5" tall, 27lbs). She figured it out though, so no biggie. The only other thing to note is the material pills (pic attached). The one pictured has been washed at least 30 times, but it's been the same amount of pilling since wash #2 or 3. Doesn't affect performance but it looks old and used more quickly than in actually is. Regardless, these sleep sacks are worth it in warmer weather. We've tried about 7 alternatives and this is the clear winner.

Runs large.
My daughter loved being swaddled and then continued to sleep well in a sleep sack. She's close to walking so I purchased this nearly three months ago. My daughter is 14 months now, 30" tall, and around 21 lbs. I originally purchased the large. It's hilariously big on her so I put it in the dresser for later and purchased a medium. It's still so big all around. The legs don't stay up and thus drag, making it impossible for her to toddle around the house in it. I could fit a duplicate of her in it! She somehow manages to get her right arm out every night. Terrible sizing aside, the product is great. I don't have to fuss with light-weight blankets in her crib. She can toss and turn throughout the night and still remain covered and warm, even with the A/C on.

The main reason for purchasing this product is because I can put my son to bed and rest assured that he is safe with no risk of suffocating under covers. This is the perfect sleep sack for spring/summer time. It is made of 100% cotton so it is breathable yet it keeps him warm enough to sleep comfortable. He usually wears a summer sleeper and socks with the sleep sack. The large size was a bit big when my son was 12 months old (and he is a tall boy) but at almost 20 months (weight = 13kg/27lbs length = 85cm) now it is a perfect fit and we will definitely purchase the next size up when he outgrows the current one. He prefers this sleep sack over a blanket or any other cover. It has a cute design and the light blue cover is perfect for a little boy. It is a great price and definitely value for one's money :0) HALO Early Walker SleepSack Micro Fleece Wearable Blanket, Blue, Large

I love it, my daughter is 3 now and still uses Halo products, ever since she was born (almost). They are amazing for kids like mine, who can't keep a blanket on for dear life. Recommended.

Me encanto, de las mejores compras!! Muy bueno para dormir a los bebés, buen diseño y cómodos. Sólo hay que fijarse en la talla para que no quede tan ajustado y que pueda durar porque los bebés crecen muy rápido.
