I bought this to watch movies at 1280 x 720. It is difficult to find TVs at that resolution these days. This is a great price, delivers a great picture for both HD video, which is displayed at full 1920 x 1080 through HDMI connection and also for DVD video which is displayed at almost native DVD resolution, this helps to give it a good quality look. I have a huge 65" 4K TV. When DVDs are up-scaled that much they don't look so great. This TV does a great job of making the DVDs look good. It is super lightweight meaning it is really easy to move around, or mount onto a wall bracket. It's cheap enough to serve as a second TV just for viewing DVDs.

Good little telly. A bit of a palaver to get it to tune in properly but once you get it to believe that it is in England and not Germany it installes OK (after 3 attempts the EPG was finally in some semblance of the normal order of stations, though not all.) After a few minutes tweaking the picture quality was almost photographic, better than TVs several times the price. Sound quality lets it down badly but a pair of small, cheapo (£25) active computer monitor speakers plugged into the headphone socket solves this problem nicely. Little niggles aside, on the whole a really nice little telly for the price. Highly recommended.

Excellent colour on this TV and as described. Would advise that anyone purchasing also buys a soundbar or small amp speaker as the built in speakers aren't very loud. For the price it is definitely worth the money though.

Arrived on time and in good condition. Set up very easy. Still finding how to do things, eg finding favourites. Great value for money. Never heard of HKC but would highly recommend.

Like some other reviewers we had to return this as we were unable to move the country Uk. The only options were German, Luxembourg and Belgium. The tv couldn’t therefore identify UK channels. It’s a shame as the tv looked good but I had one very disappointed daughter. I think Amazon need to look at this one and ensure models UK residents receive can tune to UK.

Absolutely fantastic television. great value for money. And really fast delivery also I went for the TV with the DVD player and it's an absolutely fantastic set up
