I’ve accumulated a million cables over the years, and for some reason (and I can’t quite put my finger on it), I prefer these cable twists over velcro straps. Probably because they’re much cheaper and slimmer, meaning they don’t add much bulk to the cables once wrapped. Many of my cables are short or small, and velcro straps often assume you’re wrapping something bulkier. Anyway, these cable twists are very versatile and can be used for mid-long term storage or just tidying up the excess from cables I use every day. I can even chain a couple together if I need a bit of extra length. I doubt I will ever work my way through all of them in my lifetime so on that basis they're great value, as long as I don't misplace them and need to purchase more :-)

These ties always come in handy. Only wanted a few and have hundreds spare now so just waiting for Blue Peter to come up with something interesting I can use the rest for.

Bought to attached Christmas decorations. Would have been perfect if a little longer, but worked fairly well

Wanted black ties for using with climbing plants growing up a black wire trellis system to make the ties less obvious than using coloured twine. Probably fractionally too long but not a problem. Easier and quicker to use than cutting up pieces of twine when tying up a lot of climbers.

my old ties lasted for years, they were wound on a cardboard and I cut off what I needed. My new one will be much easier to use and I am sure they will meet my needs adequately.

I needed these to stake up plants. I thought they were a tad wider. They work ok but I have to twist 2 together as the plants get bigger. They are similar to a twist tie that you use for a trash bag. I would have preferred a slightly wider and longer version. Works fine though but it could be better.
