Received it same day and ran it along the floorboards and ceiling with an OM3 fiber-optic cable, and both fit within 10mm circular cable clips. After routing and connecting the cable, of course I received a stable 2500Mbps connection between both devices. Pleased with both the build quality and functionality of this cable, and now I can enjoy the full 1.2Gbps internet connectivity I am paying for in my bedroom with 7ms latency in an internet speed test.

Now, you'll only benefit if you have a high speed internet connection and devices capable to utilize those speeds. I was able to achieve speeds approaching 10Gbps(826MBps). Unlike other Amazon basic cat 6 cables, this cable's build quality is great and durable, with well-fitting connectors. FYI if you have cat 6 or 6a I don't see any incentive to upgrade to cat 7 unless there's some special use case. Overall, the Amazon Basics Cat 7 cable appears to be a reliable and cost-effective option for users seeking improved network performance, especially for those upgrading from older cabling or needing a stable multi-gig connection. Also, this cable should future proof your house as 10Gbe is a very niche thing yet. For those looking for 20 or 40Gbps, could go with cat 8 which can deliver high speed with low noise at longer distance. Also, if you're planning to run 10Gbps for more than 100meters, I'd recommend to go with cat 8. Only gripe is that it's not available in blue or yellow color.
