This vacuum is designed to do what it’s supposed to do minus all the fancy schmancy xtra you won’t even use. It’s designed to vacuum carpet. And that’s exactly what it does. The pick up speed is great. Noise level is normal. Sanitaire is a quality product used by commercial companies. The effectiveness is top tier. Always an amazing purchase.

First time buyer. The assembly took less than 5 minutes, my dog could assemble this vacuum. I was tired of buying $300+ Dyson vacuums that only lasted 2-3 years in a commercial application. These high-tech machines that do everything except last longer than 2-3 years. Something breaks, good luck finding a replacement part. They are just too complex for commercial applications. We have only been using our "simple" vacuum for a few weeks at our business. So far, here are our pro's and con's. The unit is very simple to assemble. Very simple design and replacement parts are inexpensive and can be replaced with minimal efforts. The performance is very good, has similar suction as a new Dyson. For our application, this vacuum is exactly what we wanted and the build quality and simplicity is very good considering the low price. Overall, for the length of time we have been using, I am extremely pleased. As far as cons, the only item we have noticed is that it may not be as good on hard flooring as it is on carpeting. The jury is still out on this. The majority of our offices are carpet, so not a big concern for us. I am interested to see how many years we get out of this vacuum before it needs replaced. So far, I am sold that simpler is better than the complex.

So, my 15+plus year Eureka Complete Clean was no longer working. It had a torn hose and Eureka doesn't make them anymore. I only loved it due to the heavy duty suction and leaving 'great' lines in carpet. I wanted a new canister but was unable to find one with a power roller/brush I bought a Bissell something upright, broke on first use, returned. So, I was once again searching for a vacuum. I find this one for 150.00...it has metal wands, metal bottom, a power roller/brush (not self propelled but...) I decided to try this. It arrived within 2 days, it was easy to put together. I have vacuumed my entire house. I have small home and only needed to unplug once and move to another socket once, so the cord is super long for me. I must say, I am impressed. Now, I can't see how much is sucked up into bag, I will definitely check. I was able to vacuum all area rugs on '1' setting btw. So far, so good. Well worth the money.. I have literally had it less than an hour.

We have not even had these for just a few months and both vacuums' belts have broken. We bought these for a theatre and read reviews espousing these as great for commercial use, picking up popcorn, running well. Unfortunately that has NOT been our experience. These vacuums shoot the popcorn across the room instead of sucking it up. BOTH belts have already broken? Replacement belts were purchased and one has already snapped and the vacuums both have a horrible odor when operating of burning rubber. We expect the belts to snap again. What a disappointment and waste of money for a non-profit theatre.

Love this vacuum. Great suction power. Vacuumed carpets very deeply. Have used this product for years and love it.

I finally got rid of my fancy vacuums. I got tired of buying a filter for this a filter for that. It was just ridiculous.

I bought three of these, one for each of my childcare centres and they were very easy to assemble, work wonderfully and are lightweight. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Used daily in janitorial business - durable with above average suction. Will easily last a long time with house-hold use. Generous cord length. Good quality beater brush.

So far it's great strong suction cleans carpets well.only downside is the build quality years back these vacuums were way better built.ill update this review if I have any issues.

Bought 2 of these just to vaccum a couple of runner mats in a store and they have been very unreliable.Constantly breaking belts, on/off switch stopped working , clips that hold the cord broke ect. Staff hates them. Commercial vaccum my ass don't waste your money like we did !

Really good on a low pile carpet. Easy to use lots of suction
