** UPDATE: It works REALLY WELL! I’ve been having a cup every morning and sometimes after lunch, and wow 🤩 I keep getting compliments that I look slimmer and I think it’s this incredible blend! So far, it’s working well. I like the flavor and blend is nice too and not too overpowering. As for its health benefits, I think this one takes a few cups to notice a difference. Another milk thistle brand I was using had me use the restroom multiple times a day, which was really nice, but too expensive. This one takes a few days and best when paired with other fiber foods. Unfortunately, it does not soothe my bloating, which I was hopeful about. I also tried reusing the same bag, it’s good up until second cup use. Nothing past that. If so, there’s no flavor.

The tea has an awesome taste, no sweetener needed, just hope it helps. Thanks Elisa

Even tastes good!

I actually really like this tea. It doesn't have a strong aroma. It doesn't have too strong of a taste but it is just right. To enhance flavor sometimes i put organic honey in it. I'd say it's good quality. At a good price. And yes I'd be willing to say it also helped my digestion. I struggle with bloating and hormonal acne so I drink this (a cup a day) as well as take a hormonal acne vitamin, which also has been helping.

I really love this tea, I try drinking a lot of water and I drink this in the evening and it taste great
